Confidentiality Notice
On this page, we explain which data we need from you, why we need it, with whom we share it, and how long we keep it. We also tell you how you can exercise your rights, such as viewing, changing, or deleting your data. Please read this page carefully before using our website or sharing your data with us.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, email address, and website may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter these details when you visit us again. These cookies are valid for one year. When you use our website, you sometimes leave personal data with us. This happens when you fill in a form, register for a course or training, sign up for a workshop, or use a contact button.
What the law says
We store your data so we can optimise our website, but also when you purchase a product or service from us and when there is a legal retention obligation. If you register for a programme, course, or training, we ask for your personal data and keep it for 10 years after the last programme, training, or course you attended.
To process your (open) application for one of our recruitment activities, we ask for your personal data. The data you share with us via email, the application form, and in (telephone) conversations will be kept for up to four weeks after the application process ends. If we wish to contact you again in the future for a vacancy, we will ask for your consent to store your personal data for longer. This will be for a maximum of one year. After this year, the data will be deleted.
We don’t like that
We not only treat your data confidentially, but it is also stored and transmitted securely. Anyone who has no business with your data simply cannot access it because we use the latest security techniques and encryption methods. And selling your data to third parties? We don’t do that—it doesn’t fit with our values. If you do receive unwanted emails or advertising, please let us know so we can take action.
You’re a little too young
If you are a minor, meaning under 16 years old, you may only give consent for the processing of your personal data with permission from one of your parents or legal guardian. They can also exercise the rights you have regarding the personal data you share with us, such as the right to object to (further) processing of your personal data or the right to access and correct your data.
Changes
We keep a close eye on legislation regarding the collection of personal data and browsing behaviour. We update this page immediately to reflect any changes and act accordingly both online and offline.
Feel free to call
You can always access the data we hold about you. So please feel free to contact us—nothing is more annoying than factually incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant data in emails or messages you didn’t ask for. You can do this by calling us on 088 – 63 63 163 or by using the contact form.
